As I look back on this remarkable voyage, three key elements stand out:

• Family involvement plays a pivotal role, with each generation passing the torch to the next. This requires strict financial discipline and meticulous succession planning. Personally, I take great satisfaction in announcing that Patrick Dolder, representing the fifth generation, is prepared to assume leadership.
  
  
• Crafting a collective strategy to steer our course and diligently executing it is essential. Across generations, we have consistently paved new business paths and ventured beyond the well-trodden trails.
