THE COLOR MASTER BATCHES

Due to the carrier system developed by TOSAF COLOR SERVICE, the properties of the polymer are influenced only slightly. This enables the easy and problem-free coloring of many thermoplastic materials. Quick color changes, optimal dispersion, and low dosing are other advantages.

PRODUCTION AND LABORATORY

TOSAF COLOR SERVICE has six production lines with twin-screw technology as well as batch homogenization (batch conveyor/mixing system). Quality is foremost in the state-of-the-art laboratory. In addition to color-assisted color measurement, it is possible to conduct aging tests, microwave combustion, and chill-roll film testing. The machine park includes single and twin-screw extruders as well as injection molding machines.

UN - MASTER BATCH

Universal master batches from TOSAF COLOR SERVICE are color concentrates based on the universal carrier developed and patented by TOSAF COLOR SERVICE, which is compatible with most thermoplastics. They can be used universally for PS, ABS, ASA, PE, PP, PA, TPU, POM, TPE, PC, and many other materials.

All master batches are available in opaque, transparent/translucent colors. Metallic, pearl, and lighting effects are also possible.

PE MASTER BATCH

Suitable for coloring polyolefins. All batches are available in opaque, transparent/translucent colors. Metallic, pearl, and lighting effects are also possible.

POLYMER-SPECIFIC MASTER BATCHES

Master batches for technologically-demanding applications based on polymer-specific carrier systems for PE, PP, PS, SAN, ABS, ASA, PC, PBT, PET/PETG, POM, PA, TPE, TPU, etc.

All master batches are available in quantities starting with 25 kg in opaque, transparent/translucent colors. Metallic, pearl, and lighting effects are also possible.

TRITAN^TM MASTER BATCHES

Master batches specially made with our new TRITAN^TM copolyester from EASTMAN as carrier material – perfect for use in opaque, transparent/translucent colors with TRITAN^TM. Available starting with 25 kg.

ADDITIVE AND COMBI BATCHES

Combination of color with special properties, such as UV protection, anti-static or laser marking.

SAFE AND VARIABLE

TOSAF COLOR SERVICE products are physiologically harmless (BfR, FDA, EN71). In addition to the different carrier systems, the variable granulate sizes are an additional advantage. The areas of application include injection molding, extrusion, films, bottles, and monofilaments.
