WANTED: EMPLOYEE HR & RECEPTION IN BASEL (50%)

Dolder AG has been an internationally active raw materials distributor offering services since 1898. Our family-owned company supplies chemical and polymer raw materials to the processing industry. Our headquarters are in Basel, and we also operate branches in Germany, Italy, Spain and Turkey.

For our Business Support in Basel we are looking for an employee for HR & reception (50% every morning) by January 2022.

We in Business Support help our Specialty Chemicals and Filtration & Purification teams as well as the sister company Dolder-Bigler AG with services in the areas of finance, HR, marketing, reception and administration. With our commitment, expertise and organizational skills, we ensure that these teams can concentrate fully on their core business. We eight employees of the Business Support are looking for you as reinforcement: With your flexible and energetic support you help us to keep our teams free and to create an optimal working environment for them.


WHAT YOU DO WITH US

  • You will take care of personnel and applicant administration for Dolder AG and Dolder-Bigler AG
  • You will be in charge of the reception and the switchboard
  • You support the business teams with various assistance tasks, such as hotel bookings
  • You will look after our pensioners
  • You organize events for our employees
  • You support the accounting department, e.g. with the scanning of invoices
  • You are responsible for the administration of our time recording systems
  • You will continuously educate yourself
  • You actively contribute to a good team and corporate culture

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS JOB

  • You are a service-oriented, flexible and versatile person 
  • You have a basic commercial education and ideally a further education in HR (e.g. HR administrator/HR assistant)
  • You communicate fluently in German and English 
  • You are proficient in the use of common IT programs (Microsoft Office, MS Teams, etc.)
  • You have several years of experience in a similar function
  • You are very independent and well organized
