For supporting our sales team in Basel, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (100%).

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

  • You are the liaison between outside sales and logistics and as such provide all necessary information (offers, correspondence, presentation, samples, etc.).
  • You support the sales managers in planning, operational and administrative aspects of customer care.
  • You enter the orders in our system. 
  • You advise and support your own customers from the office.
  • You continuously develop a good knowledge of current products and their applications.
  • You actively contribute to a good team culture.

WHAT YOU NEED

You strive for long-term relationships based on fairness, reliability, and transparency. You work with expertise, knowledge, as well as agility, and you are dedicated to learning and innovation. You recognize the value of collaboration and sharing skills. Moreover, you conduct your business following strict ethical rules, showing integrity and responsibility in all your actions.

  • You have a commercial or technical education.
  • You have sales experience and have already worked for a distributor.
  • You can communicate fluently in German and English.
  • You are very independent and have organizational skills.
  • You like to work with us in a team.
